Raymond is the daily manager of Dockmarks and is the point of contact for all your questions, projects and assignments.

Operational Affairs Team Leader
Stian manages all operational matters in the right direction. He manages production, is responsible for the workshop/warehouse and supports our field service technicians.

Signmaker/interior & field service technician
Peter is an all-round (foil) mechanic with a passion for wrapping. He also assists our production department.

The maritime sector, with its wide range of activities and companies, has a crucial need for clear, reliable and sustainable visual communication that we fulfil with our wide range of maritime signs. Whether it's the lettering of a ship or a vehicle, a (light) advertisement on a façade or on a cruise ship, placing signage or signs, we are versatile, offer everything under one roof and continue to expand it more and more.

To expand our activities, we are looking for:
Maritime Signs Project Manager
In this dynamic and varied position, together with the manager, you are the point of contact for Dockmarks. You speak to our customers, advise them and, where necessary, record and measure the projects on site. You supervise and coordinate a project (large or small) from concept to installation. You make calculations and quotes and process orders in our CRM system, you make plans and place orders with our suppliers. You create the necessary digital designs and files to be produced yourself and ensure thorough communication to our production & assembly department.
To qualify for this position, you have demonstrably relevant experience, preferably in the sign world, and you have an explicit affinity with the maritime sector. In any case, from the Adobe package, you can work well with Adobe Illustrator. Of course, you have good organizational skills, an eye for detail, you are customer-oriented, a team player, flexible, stress-resistant and you have good communication skills. Because we have many international customers, you speak English well and German and/or French are a plus. Finally, you have a B driving license and we expect a candidate who wants to work 40 hours a week.

If you are the right candidate for this position, you will be accepted into our close-knit team with open arms and you will find yourself in a varied, dynamic and informal work environment where a lot is possible. You will receive an employment contract for a period of one year, with a permanent appointment in the long term. Of course, we will talk about your salary and conditions, with the Sign collective labor agreement as the starting point. You will receive a pension plan in accordance with the SIGN collective labor agreement and a company laptop and mobile phone are part of this position.

In this dynamic position, you and a colleague are the linchpin of our production process. You organize work on the shop floor and produce various end products with our computer-controlled machine park. In addition, you prepare projects for engineers, help customers at the counter, and process deliveries. Although you mainly work in Zwijndrecht, you sometimes deliver orders or help fellow technicians on location.
